Paying for your Rhythmic Care home care service

Self Funding Customers

As a new customer with Rhythmic Care, you will receive a four-weekly invoice, payable by direct debit. You will be provided with a direct debit form when you make the decision to take the Rhythmic Care service. If you would like to split paying for care between other family members, please let us know as we can easily arrange this with you.

Local Authority Funded Customers

If you receive full social care funding support from your local authority, this means that your local authority may pay Rhythmic Care directly for your care provision. When receiving your funding from your local authority in the form of Direct Payment or Individual Budget then you take care of the payments yourself from this allowance. . You might receive some funded support from your local authority and self fund for some of your care to top up your care provision, in this case, the same applies.

Direct Debit

If you are currently not paying by direct debit and would like to do so, please request one from Rhythmic Care team and we will be happy to send you one out.

Card Payment

If for any reason your direct debit has not gone through or in certain circumstances, we can accept a card payment. You can give us a call to pay by card. When you call please provide us with your Rhythmic Care account number, this will make the process quicker. Your Rhythmic Care account number can be found on your invoice. We accept all major cards.

Bank Transfer

If you can do a bank transfer directly from your bank to ours, please give us a call at Rhythmic Care support team to arrange.


We no longer accept payments by cheque.


Unfortunately we do not accept cash payments; please do not send cash to our office or pay it to any of our care workers.
