Our Home Care Teams About our home care teams; the people who deliver the Rhythmic Care service We understand that letting someone into your home to provide you with care and support can be a big decision, so that is why our home care teams consist of sensitive, compassionate, highly trained and experienced people who are used to providing support with the unique and differing needs of those who use our service. It is important that your needs and wishes are reflected in the person who supports you and that is why your personal care worker is allocated to you based on the support you require. Security, safeguarding, regulation and memberships All our staff undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, this was formerly known as CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check. As a care provider, we have a duty to ensure that we safeguard our customers; safeguarding means protecting people’s health, wellbeing and human rights and enabling them to live free from harm, abuse and neglect. This is fundamental to creating a high-quality home care service. All of our care staff work to the regulatory Codes of Practice; including that of the Health and Care Professions Council – England. Rhythmic Care is duly registered with the government regulator for their particular country: Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England We are members of the UKHCA (UK Home Care Association).
